While the bay doesn’t offer protection from southerly winds, we found it perfectly comfortable with a southwest wind at 8 knots. The water was crystal clear and teeming with fishing boats, adding a lively touch to the scene. We were well-prepared, having purchased both boat and crew tickets online the evening before, making for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
